There are 3 types of CosmoCom Business
Partner training courses. The Solution
Advisor and Solution Architect training is
targeted at the sales and sales support
organizations, while the Systems Engineer
curriculum is targeted primarily at
operations personnel and others who require
an in-depth technical understanding.
Curriculum overviews are as follows:
- CCU Solution Advisor - The
Solution Advisor course is targeted at sales
people and is designed to share information
that will allow Business Partners to plan
and execute an effective sales campaign for
CCU. The course includes an overview of
CosmoCom, CCU and pricing structure, end
user applications and wins analysis, sales
opportunities and competitive advantages.
- CCU Solution Architect - The
Solution Architect course is targeted at
sales engineering staff and is designed to
equip them with the knowledge they need to
communicate the benefits, value, and
technical details of a CosmoCom-based
solution to prospective customers. The
course begins with an overview of CosmoCom
and CCU, and includes such topics as
customer applications, pricing structure,
win-loss analysis, handling competition and
objections, detailed product features and
functionality, product demos, configuration
and sizing, and the product roadmap. The
first day of Solution training can be a
joint session with both Solution Advisors
and Solution Architects.
- CCU Systems Engineer - The
Systems Engineer curriculum is targeted at
technical engineers who will operate and
maintain CCU systems. The curriculum
consists of a series of courses, each with a
different area of specialization. CCU
Solution Architects requiring additional
product knowledge should also consider
taking courses from this curriculum. Details
