Your CosmoCommunity 2006 registration does not include airport transfers to or
from the hotel, so you will need to make your own arrangements for your
transport to and from the hotel. The tips below will help you make
arrangements. For our attendees coming to the event or training by
air, John F Kennedy International (JFK) and LaGuardia (LGA) airports
are located approximately one hour from the Hyatt Wind Watch hotel.
JFK is the recommended airport for
international visitors. Newark Liberty Airport is located approximately 1.5 hours from the
hotel in New Jersey so we do not recommend traveling to Newark
Airport since it is too far. PLEASE
use JFK instead of Newark.
You do not want to take a taxi cab from
the airport to the Hyatt as it will be VERY expensive.
Suggested means of transport include:
NOTE: for guests taking advantage of the technical training
before and after the event dates, please be sure that your hotel
stay adequately covers the training dates. Directions to and from
the Hyatt to CosmoCom headquarters can be
found here.
For domestic travelers Islip MacArthur airport (ISP) is
approximately 15 minutes from the hotel. From Islip MacArthur
airport, there is a complimentary hotel shuttle. A reservation
should be made in advance to guarantee availability. Call the hotel
Bell Captain directly at: +1 631 784 1234
