CosmoCommunity 2006 was a huge success, and we're looking forward to an even bigger and better gathering in 2007! The theme for this year's event is:

Consolidation 2.0: Unifying Customer Communication.

Responses to last year's post-event, attendee survey were overwhelmingly positive, with nearly all attendees indicating that they would like to attend future events and recommend them to their colleagues. Maybe that's because the days were jam-packed with informative sessions, thought-provoking speakers and great networking among attendees. The nights were filled with good food, awesome entertainment, and tons of fun, thanks to our sponsors. We're aiming to top 2006, and we hope you and your colleagues will be a part of it.

The event is a forum for learning, sharing and networking that will help the entire CosmoCommunity prosper together. It attracts attendees from around the globe including: senior executives from major service providers, CosmoCom channel partners, CosmoCom customers, and other members of the CosmoCommunity.

Hyatt Regency Wind Watch Resort HotelThis 2nd annual CosmoCommunity event will take place from May 30 - June 1 on Long Island, where CosmoCom is headquartered, at the most luxurious of Long Island hotels, the beautiful Hyatt Regency Wind Watch, set in a stunning, resort-like setting with an 18-hole championship golf course. The staff and setting of this fine resort helped make our 2006 event outstanding and we’re sure 2007 will build upon that success. Wind Watch will provide the perfect environment for meeting and exchanging ideas with other contact center professionals from around the globe. Delegates will participate in interesting seminars and learning sessions, network with other members of the CosmoCommunity, and meet a wide range of CosmoCom staff.

We are using feedback from 2006 and designing the program to be highly successful in bringing together an extensive array of industry leaders and providing even more opportunities for networking among the participants.
