Your CosmoCommunity 2008 registration does not include airport transfers to or
from the hotel, so you will need to make your own arrangements for your
transport to and from the hotel. The tips below will help you make

Orleans International Airport (MSY) is located approximately
15.96 mile (25.68 kilometers) from the "W" New Orleans Hotel.
Suggested means of transport include:
- Taxi
Taxis are available at New Orleans International Airport to
bring you to the W New Orleans. You may arrange your return ride
through the Concierge at the W New Orleans.
Taxi rides are approximately US$25 each way.
- Shuttle Service
If you would like to make your
discounted ground transportation arrangements in advance between
New Orleans International Airport and the W New Orleans,
please CLICK HERE.
Please note this is a shuttle service and you may share a ride
with travelers going to other hotels.
Shuttle transportation from the airport to the W New Orleans is
US$15 per person. Shuttle transportation from the W New Orleans
back to the airport is US$13 per person.
For your arrival shuttle transportation,
be sure to select W New Orleans from the drop down, not W French
Quarter.
