Why should I attend this conference?

What is included in the conference fee?
The conference fee of $1,595 USD covers everything from the
opening reception on Monday evening to when you leave it on Thursday
afternoon, except for
the hotel room, which you will pay directly to the hotel. Also
not included is airfare and transportation to and from the airport

Will there be product demonstrations?
Yes - We are planning demonstrations of CosmoCom technology as
well a Partner Showcase exhibit where you can learn about partner
products and third-party applications.
Will I be able to network with others?
There will be plenty of scheduled activities and unstructured
time to network with vendors and peers in a relaxing environment.
What if I am not a current CosmoCom customer/partner/end-user?
CosmoCommunity was designed to appeal to current
customers/partners/end-users as well as to consultants and others
who want to learn about and explore their opportunities with the
most advanced, all-IP Contact Center platform available

Where is New Orleans and how do I get there?
New Orleans is located at the mouth of the Mississippi River in
Louisiana, USA. The Hotel
is approximately 19 miles from Louis Armstrong New Orleans

What is the weather like in New Orleans in May?
Early May is a beautiful time of year in New Orleans. The early
spring temperatures typically average in the low to mid 70's degrees Fahrenheit.
You may want to have a light jacket for
cooler evenings. The spring flowers add color to this already colorful and
exciting destination.
When should I arrive?
Plan to arrive at the "W" New Orleans on Monday, 5 May, 2008.
CosmoCom will be hosting a welcome reception for attendees and
spouses that evening from 7:00 p.m. to 11 p.m. CosmoCommunity 2008
officially kicks off on Tuesday morning, 6 May and wraps up the
afternoon of Thursday, 8 May. You are welcome to stay longer and enjoy what New Orleans has to
offer.
Are there provisions for spouses and companions?
Yardena
Sonesh, CosmoCom's First Lady, warmly invites your significant other to attend
the Spouse/Companion Program, which will consist of trips on each day of the
event to local points of interest.
Transportation will be provided for all spouse/companion program trips.
In addition, spouses/companions are invited to attend the welcome reception on
Monday, and the evening events both Tuesday and Wednesday..
What is the dress code for CosmoCommunity 2008?
The dress code is business casual. If you will be attending one
of the activities on Thursday afternoon, you should dress
accordingly. Please refer to the weather FAQ for additional
information.
