When you register online, please register
yourself and your spouse/companion if he or she will also be attending.
We have reserved a block of rooms for the event at the special
rate of $215 per room per night plus applicable taxes. Your online registration will
also be your guaranteed hotel booking, which you will settle
directly with the hotel. You do not need to make a separate
booking with the "W" New Orleans.
When you register online, you will also select your
preferred recreational activity for Thursday afternoon, and you may also
inquire about optional pre-event activities in New Orleans.

CosmoCommunity 2008 Cancellation Policy You may cancel your registration for CosmoCommunity 2008
before April 1, 2008 subject to a $100 cancellation fee. You may
cancel after April 1, 2008 and before May 1, 2008 subject to a
30% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations
after May 1, 2008.
