Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) today announced that it has signed
an agreement with CosmoCom, Inc. of Hauppauge, N.Y., to add a new offering to SAIC's next
generation networks (NGN) capabilities.
The agreement will enable SAIC to use and resell CosmoCall Universe, a next generation
call center technology that provides live customer care by connecting businesses and
customers worldwide via multimedia, multi-channel interaction centers. CosmoCall allows
for interaction via telephone, voice and video over the Internet, keyboard chat,
interactive voice response (IVR), email, voice mail and fax.
"Through this agreement, SAIC will add another component to its growing array of

with the systems integration capabilities of SAIC, this CosmoCom product can provide a
responsive and supportive customer interface for companies conducting large scale
