CosmoCom Forms Alliance with SCG Partners Consulting Services

CosmoCom and SCG Strive to Meet Customer Service Expectations on the Web with New Partnership

HAUPPAUGE, NY, April 12, 1999 – CosmoCom, the leading developer of virtual call center software technology, today announced that it has formed an alliance with SCG Partners, a technological and business consulting service, in an effort to enhance the company’s products and extend its reach in the marketplace.

Under the terms of the agreement, CosmoCom will leverage SCG’s expertise in performing customer needs analyses, developing and deploying custom applications, systems integration, and customer training services. Working with CosmoCom will allow SCG to further extend its reputation for launching advanced mission-critical business applications on the Internet.
