This agreement permits AMS to incorporate CosmoCall Universe as a component of its integrated eCommerce technology demonstrations for a variety of vertical markets, including financial services, telecommunications, government, and utilities.
AMS provides end-to-end solutions for eCommerce, offering clients solutions that allow them to manage a wide range of tasks, including online bill presentment and payment, collection system re-engineering, project management, customer service, front-office software applications, and the integration of eCommerce solutions with legacy systems.
AMS foresees significant growth in demand for IP-enabled applications as corporations and governments increasingly rely on more efficient and customer friendly multi-channel customer service solutions.
