CosmoCom Wins LISA Award for Customer Relationship Management    

PC Magazine gives CosmoCall Universe top honors      

MELVILLE, NY – May 7, 2002 – CosmoCom, Inc., the leading provider of IP (Internet Protocol) based call center solutions, has won the Long Island Software Awards (LISA) 2002 Award for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Presented by the Long Island Software and Technology Network (LISTnet), the LISA awards recognize excellence in software development by Long Island-based companies. The staff of PC Magazine judged this year’s awards.
