Contact Center Offering from Sonera Juxto

Juxto @Service integrates Onyx CRM with CosmoCom’s multi-channel contact center

MELVILLE, NY – June 26, 2002 – CosmoCom, Inc., a leading provider of IP (Internet Protocol) based call center solutions, today announced the integration of leading CRM (customer relationship management) applications with CosmoCall Universe for Sonera Juxto and its hosted multi-channel contact center offering. Called Juxto @Service, the solution integrates CRM applications from Onyx Software Corp. for comprehensive customer interaction management.

Based on CosmoCall Universe, Juxto @Service is a multi-channel contact center that enables customers to interact with a company via their own preferred means, either traditional or Internet-based. This includes phone, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), voicemail and fax as well as SMS messages, Web-form, email and interactive Web chat. From a single desktop, customer service agents are able to handle inquiries from all channels and respond back in the customer’s medium of choice. The integration of the Onyx Enterprise CRM platform gives agents access to valuable customer data, allowing them to provide personalized customer service.

Sonera Juxto is an established ASP (application service provider) that delivers a range of business applications on a hosted or ‘leased’ basis over the Internet. Juxto @Service is the latest hosted offering from Sonera Juxto, providing affordable contact center services with full CRM capabilities.

Further, because it is all IP based, CosmoCall Universe integrates easily with other IP technologies, such as Onyx Enterprise CRM applications. CosmoCall Universe will be able to integrate future IP technologies as they evolve.

Onyx Enterprise CRM applications round out the offering with full access to historical client data, available to each customer service agent. Equipped with this customer-specific information, agents can better understand customer needs, detect cross-selling opportunities and make informed service decisions.
