Paris May 23, 2000 – The French-based European subsidiaries of CosmoCom™ Inc., the leader in unified contact center technology, and POINT Information Systems, a worldwide provider
of advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, announced today the formation of a technology alliance to develop value-added, interactive e-CRM solutions.
As part of the alliance, CosmoCom’s CosmoCall™ Universe multimedia IP based communication platform will be integrated with POINT Information Systems’ e-CRM products to increase functionality and
potential applications. As a result, users of POINT platforms will be able to develop e-Client Care multimedia functions that can simultaneously handle voice, data and video over IP in real time. Using a
single customizable platform, POINT customers will be able to deploy virtual interactive IP contact centers to manage each channel of client contact – telephone, fax, Web and e-mail.
