Why should I attend this conference?

What is included in the conference fee?
The conference fee covers everything from the time you arrive at
the hotel on Wednesday to when you leave it on Friday, except for
the hotel room, which you will pay directly to the hotel. Also
not included is airfare and transportation to and from the airport

Yes - We are planning demonstrations of CosmoCom technology as
well a Partner Showcase exhibit where you can learn about partner
products and third-party applications.
Will I be able to network with others?
There will be plenty of scheduled activities and unstructured
time to network with vendors and peers in a relaxing environment.
What if I am not a current CosmoCom customer/partner/end-user?
CosmoCommunity was designed to appeal to current
customers/partners/end-users as well as to consultants and others
who want to learn about and explore their opportunities with the
most advanced, all-IP Contact Center On-Demand platform available

Where is Hauppauge and how do I get there?
Hauppauge is located in central Long Island, New York. The Hotel
is approximately 40 miles East of John F. Kennedy International
Airport, just off the Long Island Expressway, I-495.
What is the weather like on Long Island in May?
May is one of the most pleasant times of the year on Long
Island. The late spring temperatures typically are in the range
65-75 degrees Fahrenheit. You may want to have a light jacket for
cooler evenings. Flowers and trees are generally in full bloom, and
the view from the hotel of Long Island flora is gorgeous.
When should I arrive?
Plan to arrive at the Hyatt Regency Wind Watch on Tuesday, May
16, 2006. CosmoCom will be hosting a welcome reception for attendees
and spouses at the Terrace Cafe that evening from 7:00 p.m. to 11
p.m. CosmoCommunity 2006 officially kicks off on Wednesday morning,
May 17 and wraps up the afternoon of Friday, May 19. You are welcome
to stay longer and enjoy some of what Long Island has to offer, or
take advantage of our discounted rates at a premier Manhattan hotel.
Are there provisions for spouses?
CosmoCom's First Lady, Yardena Sonesh, warmly invites spouses to
a exciting program she has arranged.
- Wednesday, May 17-Montauk Lighthouse guided tour,
followed by lunch and shopping in East Hampton. After lunch,
enjoy a wine tasting and guided tour of Duck Walk Vineyard.
- Thursday, May 18-Lunch followed by a guided tour of
Vanderbilt Museum and Planetarium.
- Friday, May 19-Visit to the famous Jones Beach of New
York with beautiful views
of the ocean. After lunch, take a guided tour of the lavish Old
Westbury Mansion and Gardens.
In addition, spouses are invited to attend the welcome reception on
Tuesday, and the evening events both Wednesday and Thursday.
What is the dress code for CosmoCommunity 2006?
The dress code is business casual. If you will be attending one
of the activities on Thursday afternoon, you should dress
accordingly. Please refer to the weather FAQ for additional
information.
