According to the magazine’s editors, the Internet Telephony Product of the Year award was presented to companies who are “looking ahead, leading the charge, and laying the groundwork for the

Communications Solutions’ Product of the Year award was presented to outstanding solutions in one of four major categories: corporate solution, customer contact, enabling technologies and
next-generation networks/services. CosmoCall Universe received its Communications Solutions award as a Web Contact Center in the customer contact category.
The Product of the Year awards were announced in the January 2000 issues of the respective magazines, each of which is published by Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC).
