been selected by InfoCast Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: IFCC), to supply the platform for its virtual call center service.
InfoCasts service allows call centers to supplement their personnel with InfoCast-trained agents working from their homes.
InfoCast allows traditional brick and mortar companies to staff call centers for the
steady-state, mid-range call volumes at which they are most efficient. The virtual call
center outsources the excess volume during peak periods and all activity during the
slowest periods to at-home agents on a cost-effective pay-per-call basis. In this way, the
virtual call center also offers a complete alternative to a traditional call center.
InfoCasts initial order for 300 agents, made them one of CosmoCalls largest
sites to date. InfoCast expects to deploy more than 2,000 agents in the next 12 months.
