Fidelity’s Internet-to-Telephone Connection: What’s It Cost?
One such competitor is CosmoCom, located at www.cosmocom.com. Their “click-to-talk” services start at around $4,000 per representative, with no one-time fee. Their current client base doesn’t include financial services companies, but they anticipate that it soon will. CosmoCom will make a presentation at an October conference in Chicago concerning the electronic distribution of mutual funds.
