New Japanese Reseller For CosmoCall Universe

MELVILLE, NY and TOKYO, JAPAN, CosmoCom, Inc., and Takachiho Koheki Co., Ltd. announced that Takachiho Koheki has become an authorized reseller of CosmoCall Universe™, CosmoCom's next generation call center software, in Japan.

Takachiho president Hidehiko Yamamura noted that CosmoCall Universe helps his company support the growing number of service providers, network providers and other businesses that rely heavily on IP-based applications and connectivity. "It also allows us to diversify and strengthen our offerings in the CRM market."

CosmoCom recently opened its Japan office to take advantage of the country's status as the second largest call center economy in the world. CosmoCom's expansion has been driven by the implementation of customer relationship management initiatives that are forcing the traditional call centers to evolve into next generation multimedia contact centers, enabling customers to reach companies via any medium they choose.
