MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 9, 2001-- CosmoCom, the leading provider of new generation universal access call center platforms, today announced it has been named ``Gold Best-in-Class'' winner in The Third Annual Users Choice Awards in the category of Call Center Communications.
The awards are sponsored by Customer Support Management magazine and RealMarket. CosmoCom's flagship product, CosmoCall Universe (TM), took home the award.
The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which customer relationship management (CRM) products/services are judged by end users. Gold Awards were issued to only a select group of companies for products or services that scored tops in its category, had widespread voting and had at least three competitor products receive broad support. These criteria ensure that Gold Award winners stand alone atop a competitive field.
At the ICCM/CRM Solutions Conference and Expo in Chicago, awards were presented by Katherine Grayson, Editorial Director of CUSTOMER Support Management, Gary Lemke, President of RealMarket, and a team of special guest presenters from the Users Choice Awards Program Partners.
