as a Premier Software Partner

CosmoCom's CosmoCall Universe Platform Will Complement
Siebel eBusiness Applications in Multimedia IP-based Call Centers
CosmoCom, Inc., a leading provider of new generation call center
platforms, and Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEBL - Quotes, News, Boards), the world's
leading provider of eBusiness applications software, today announced
that CosmoCom has joined the Siebel Alliance Program as a Premier
Software Partner.
Siebel Systems provides an integrated family of eBusiness
applications software enabling multichannel sales, marketing, and
customer service systems to be deployed over the Web, call centers,
field, reseller channels, retail, and dealer networks. CosmoCall
Universe(TM), is a carrier-class system for ASPs and large scale
corporate users that supports multimedia customer interactions in one
high capacity, high availability, multi-tenant platform. As a Siebel
Premier Software Partner, CosmoCom will provide its patented CosmoCall
Universe platform to queue and route customer requests to contact
center agents using Siebel eBusiness Applications. Once integrated and
validated with Siebel eBusiness Applications, CosmoCall Universe will
offer a complete Web and telephone-based multimedia contact center and
relationship management system that relies solely on software and
IP-ACD (automatic call distributor) technology. Companies can then be
freed from the costly circuit-switched telephone equipment (PBX) or
computer telephony integration (CTI) middleware typical of most call
center technology.
