CosmoCom Forms Alliance With Ceon; Integration Enables Service Providers to Deliver Voice, Video and Data Services Over a Single All-IP Network

MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 15, 2001--CosmoCom, Inc. a leading provider of new generation call center platforms, has formed an alliance with Ceon Corporation, the Broadband Service Fulfillment Company(TM).

The alliance combines CosmoCall Universe(TM), CosmoCom's leading all-IP call center platform, with segments of Ceon's eBusiness application and management suite, It's On(TM) and its service provisioning and activation software platform, NetExpress(TM). Both organizations focus on selling their products and services to the service provider market.
