MELVILLE, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 2001--CosmoCom, the leading provider of new generation call center platforms, today announced it has been recognized by Microsoft Corporation as one of five worldwide finalists, and the only North American finalist, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution of the Year category in the fourth annual Microsoft Certified Partner Awards.
Nearly 800 entries were considered for this award in twelve different categories.
