CosmoCom Forms Marketing Alliance With One On One Contact Solutions

CosmoCom, a provider of IP-based contact center infrastructure to service providers, has formed a marketing alliance with One on One Contact Solutions, a contact center consulting and services company. As part of the alliance, CosmoCom and One on One Contact Solutions will co-market their products and services to potential customers.

One on One Contact Solutions provides consulting services for companies looking to advance their contact centers to a higher level of efficiency. By reviewing a customers current operations, One on One develops and implements a strategic business plan that ensures a superior level of customer satisfaction and retention while keeping operational costs to a minimum.
