CosmoCom's All-IP Contact Center
Solution Will Integrate With Siebel 7
CosmoCom
announced its support for Siebel 7. CosmoCom will submit
the integration of its all-IP contact center solution,
CosmoCall Universe, for validation with Siebel 7 within
90 days of general availability, providing organizations
with complete eBusiness solutions that increase
productivity, maximize revenue and profit, and
significantly enhance customer acquisition,
satisfaction, and retention.
Siebel Systems enables software vendors to easily
integrate through its open, extensible, advanced Smart
Web Architecture. Seibel 7 extends the reach and
functionality of Seibel Systems' industry-leading suite
of integrated, mulitchannel eBusiness applications,
enabling organizations to translate strategy into
front-line action by effectively aligning and rapidly
mobilizing channels, employees and partners. Siebel 7 is
the only solution that allows organizations to manage,
synchronize and coordinate all customer touch points
across the Web, call center, field sales and service
personnel, and partner channels.
CosmoCall Universe is the complete call center
solution which, when integrated with Siebel 7, provides
a total customer interaction experience. The integration
will be in the framework of CosmoConnector, CosmoCom's
CRM integration enabler, and will include customer-agent
communication through all forms of contact media and
provide customer service representatives with a unified
desktop with all customer data and history. The
integration of CosmoCall Universe and Siebel 7 makes
this customer interaction process seamless to both
customers and agents.
