CosmoCorder lets you record circuit-switched phone calls, voice-over-IP calls, text chat sessions and e-mail sessions conducted through CosmoCall Universe. You can record the calls and on-line sessions of all agents, even if they work from home, as long as agents are connected to your network. Enabling the remote access is CosmoCorder's Web browser. You access recordings from CosmoCorder's database. As shown here, you can organize recordings by agents' names, the medium that customers use to reach agents, and the dates when they contacted agents. You can record and review e-mail and text chat correspondence between agents and customers. And you can play back phone calls and voice-over-IP calls from your PC as .wav files.
