CosmoCom completes CosmoCall Universe testing on
Sonus infrastructure
Westford, Mass.-based Sonus Networks has
announced that CosmoCom Inc.,
a Melville, N.Y.-based provider of IP-based contact-center infrastructure to
service providers, has competed testing between its CosmoCall Universe
software and Sonus' voice infrastructure offerings. CosmoCall Universe is
designed to enable service providers to host and manage computer-based and
telephone-based callers in one environment without circuit switching.
