Syntone selects CosmoCom platform to build Morocco call center
CosmoCom Inc., a Melville, N.Y.-based provider of IP-based contact-center services, today announced that Syntone, a systems integrator in Morocco, has selected the CosmoCall Universe as its platform to build a call center for outsourced services.

With CosmoCall Universe, Syntone will be able to offer outsourced call-center services to companies operating in the French speaking countries of Europe and Northern Africa.

Syntone's call center is based on CosmoCall Universe 4.0, CosmoCom's IP-based call center platform that connects businesses to their customers with multimedia, multichannel options, including telephone, voice and video over the Internet, keyboard chat, IVR voice mail and fax, the company said.

 CosmoCall Universe includes CRM integration features, which allow Syntone to provide CRM capabilities linked to its call-center service.  Syntone is integrating Onyx CRM software into its call center.
