COSMOCOM AND NEKOTEC TELECOM TEAM AND
WIN SERVING THE LATIN AMERICAN CONTACT CENTER MARKET

Nekotec Telecom to Continue Leveraging its Customer Base in
Mexico, Colombia and Central America to Grow with CosmoCom Products

CosmoCom and Nekotec Telecom recently announced their Value-Added Reseller Agreement to supply the Latin American market, especially the carrier market, with CosmoCom products. Nekotec Telecom's major customers include Telmex and America Movil. Several major projects have already been won under the agreement and are well under way. When completed this spring, these wins will give Nekotec Telecom an impressive installed base of 12 virtual contact centers spanning 27 locations with more than 3,000 agent seats, touching operations such as those of Call Center de Mexico and MDY Contact Center.

Nekotec Telecom's flagship product is the NK90 service node, with features such as IVR, VoIP gateway, and media server. The NK90 gives service providers the capabilities necessary to automate their processes, build innovative value-added services, and deliver market solutions that provide value to end users. CosmoCom's all-IP contact center technology is being offered as the NKCC, a module within the NK-90 product line. Nekotec Telecom configures, installs, and integrates the CosmoCom platform with existing telco infrastructure, making the transition to an IP contact center a smooth one.

A VIEW FROM THE CORNER OFFICE

CosmoCommunity – the CEO's Point of View

Ari SoneshBy Ari Sonesh, CEO -  The excitement is building as the date for our first user group event, CosmoCommunity 2006, is getting closer. May 17th is rapidly approaching, and if you haven't already done so, it's time to make a commitment to the event by finalizing registration and travel plans.

I know that by now ample information about CosmoCommunity has been sent your way, enumerating the reasons why you should attend this premier event. I'd like to take this opportunity to share my personal perspective about why CosmoCommunity will be invaluable to you and your business.

Successful technology vendors create new technologies that help their customer to achieve their business objectives. But one vendor's technology in itself is not enough. It's the whole product that a customer really needs.

What is a whole product?

In this case, the whole product is CosmoCom's innovative software, complementary software, plus the hardware needed to run the software. The whole product includes the VOIP infrastructure such as the Gateway and Softswitch, and also applications such as IP-Centrex, ASR, CRM, etc.

Successful whole products include still more -- not only the various key technologies, but also the implementation, training, support, reporting, delivery and connectivity. There is no single vendor that can bring all of these goods and services to the market.

It really takes a community to deliver a solution...a collaboration between the customers and the vendors. It's a kind of ecosystem that we have come to call EcoCosm. At CosmoCommunity 2006, the EcoCosm members will be together at one venue.

CosmoCommunity 2006 will bring together customers, CosmoCom employees, other technology and application vendors, network service providers, system integrators, professional services organizations and consultants, all of them sharing and creating dialogue about their experiences, needs, and innovations.

This community dialogue will enable customers to make better use of their CosmoCom investment, and will also enable CosmoCom and its partner vendors to improve. By providing feedback and suggestions to technology vendors and service providers, customers help them to deliver better products and services, and to more effectively address customer needs. Bottom line, everybody wins.

What to expect

You will meet and mingle with your peers and with CosmoCom staff, and gather the latest information not only about CosmoCom, but also about the event sponsors' technologies and offerings. Expert keynote speakers will be sharing their opinions and experiences in the field, and many high level presentations from your peers will reflect a thorough understanding of the "whole product".

Furthermore, the technology people can extend their stay and participate in technical workshops to deepen their ability to utilize and maintain the technology.

Last but not least, communities must also maintain social life. Expect networking events, relaxing socialization in a beautiful setting, and some downright fun!

So getting back to the CEO's point of view, I'd like to simply say, "Drop Everything and attend CosmoCommunity 2006 this May in New York!" In return for your commitment, I can promise you an enriching experience that will indeed "Maximize Your Investment in CosmoCom Technology." CosmoCommunity 2006 has become a major element of our strategy towards providing the best possible solution for our customers, and truly reflects our objective to create a world class company that is committed to providing the utmost in value and customer satisfaction.

Looking forward to see you on Long Island in May !

Steve Dellutri receives his award from the sponsors of the event

Long Island Business News, the regional business publication servicing the Long Island (New York) area, has recognized 40 rising stars under the age of 40 each year since 1998. A steering committee selects the honorees based on such criteria as business accomplishments and community involvement. Winners are honored at an award breakfast that now attracts about 600 attendees and features a prominent business or government leader. LIBN has dubbed this the "40 Under 40" award.

CosmoCom is proud to announce that Chief Technology Officer, Steve Dellutri, was inducted into the prestigious "40 Under 40" group at a gala ceremony on February 2nd. Among the local business and government dignitaries was keynote speaker George Ross, EVP of the Trump Organization and co-star of TV's The Apprentice.

Steve Dellutri was a founder of CosmoCom (with CEO Ari Sonesh and EVP Steve Kowarsky). Dellutri has been involved at all levels in the creation and development of CosmoCom as a startup company, from the two-person "garage operation" to the multinational organization we are today. Steve is the chief architect of the CosmoCall Universe technology and is a distinguished professional in the fields of information technology and networking. His community involvement with the Boy Scouts of America, the Special Olympics, and other community organizations, all helped contributed to his selection for this outstanding honor.

Congratulations, Steve, from all of your friends at CosmoCom!
