COSMOCOM INTRODUCES COSMOCALL UNIVERSE 5

Platform of Choice for
Unified Approach to Customer Service Across Entire Enterprise
CosmoCall Universe 5Earlier this month CosmoCom announced a major upgrade to CosmoCom's CosmoCall Universe (CCU) IP-based contact center software platform. CCU Version 5 has been dubbed the Unified Customer Communications (UCC) release, because the platform has been enhanced to support key elements of UCC. Among the significant enhancements in CCU 5 are a completely redesigned email/voicemail environment, rich call transfer capabilities, a highly customizable rich security model, new reporting features, and further enhancements to its industry-leading video call center and video self-service capabilities.

The announcement represents the fifth generation of IP-based contact center technology first patented and introduced by CosmoCom in 1996 and now in use at many of the world's leading telecommunication companies and enterprises. CCU was designed to leverage emerging IP-based convergence to unify customer communications across all channels, including voice, video, email and web sessions, across all locations, and across all knowledge workers in the enterprise.

"Customer contact management is becoming more virtual and unified, expanding beyond the domain of traditional telephone call centers," said Art Rosenberg, veteran industry observer and principal analyst for The Unified View. Ari Sonesh Wishes You Season's GreetingsBy Ari Sonesh, CEO - It is hard to believe that another year is coming to a close, and what a year it has been! We've experienced growth in so many ways. Our technology has grown (see the U5 article), our organization has grown and our community of partners, customers and end-users, the "CosmoCommunity," has grown beyond even my expectations. And at the core of it all is the people who make this growth possible. At this holiday season, I would like to offer my thanks and warm best wishes to all of the people who are part of our success.

First, I want to thank our customers around the globe. Thanks for choosing CosmoCom as your contact center solution. I appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in us to give you the best software and support available. I am totally committed to honoring that trust. I promise to listen to your needs and to continuously improve our world-class product, service, and support.

Next, I would like to thank all of our wonderful partners for helping to spread CosmoCom technology deeper and wider in markets around the globe. Your dedication to identifying opportunities and responding to them has been a major factor in our mutual success in the past year, and will be in the months and years to come. COSMOCOM WINS AT HISTORIC SPORTING FIXTURE

125th Annual Varsity Rugby Match at Twickenham StadiumOn December 12th the CosmoCom UK team hosted a highly successful corporate day at the 125th annual Varsity rugby match at Twickenham Stadium, the home of England Rugby. Representatives from both new and existing CosmoCom partners, including BT, Cable & Wireless, Microsoft and MX Digital, were treated to a grandstand view of one of rugby's oldest venues.

CosmoCom's guests enjoyed traditional pre-match refreshments -- Guinness and hot dogs -- before watching Cambridge beat Oxford 15 - 6. CosmoCom also recorded a winning result during the afternoon, picking up a significant new lead: a major provider of broadband, digital television, telephony, content and communications services is now a potential hosted platform partner.

COSMOCOM PARTNER FACTIS EXCELS AT
PORTUGUESE CALL CENTER AWARDS

Factis Receives Innovation Award at Portuguese Call Center ExpoEvery year, the organizers of the Portuguese Expo Call Center & CRM Solutions show bestow awards to individuals or companies that have distinguished themselves in the contact center market in various categories such as best contact center, best contact center director and so on. For 2006 they added a new category called "Technology Innovation" and Factis, CosmoCom's partner in Portugal, was among the candidates representing CosmoCom technology.

The jury for the award was composed of a long list of VIP's from the contact center and telecommunications industries, including consultants and media. There were many potential winners to choose from, but the judges finally narrowed the field down to eight finalists, including Factis/CosmoCom.

The competition was strong and included several companies based in Portugal vying for the award. Factis came away with second place by a narrow margin.

We're proud of Factis for this great accomplishment and we're confident that they will win many more awards in the months and years to come. Congratulations!

HQ HAPPENINGS

HQ Holiday Party 2006

Dancing the night away under/with the starsOn Saturday evening, December 9th, the folks from CosmoCom Headquarters in New York danced the night away at the annual Holiday Party.

Our banquet room at the beautiful Watermill Inn was a winter wonderland, complete with CosmoCom's logo in an ice sculpture. The DJ provided great holiday and popular songs...all at a volume that got everyone out of their seats! As the fun unfolded (and the cocktails flowed...), there was the inevitable conga line, a very lively limbo contest (don't even ask about the "body pileup"!) and special "Guest Appearances" by none other than Madonna and John Travolta!! ...actually, they were incredibly realistic giant bobbleheads of the famous celebs...so realistic in fact that Madonna had to fight off the affections of a certain overenthusiastic admirer! John Travolta rocked the house with rousing Grease-era oldies and infected the crowd with Saturday Night Fever!

A great time was had by all...evidenced by sore muscles and noticeable limping on Monday!

NEW MEMBERS OF THE COSMOCOM FAMILY

Jim Werner, CPA joins the CosmoCom family as our new Controller. Jim brings a diversified accounting background to our company with a record of accomplishments. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hofstra University as a commended scholar, Jim spent time in public accounting with two of the largest international CPA firms - Deloitte & Touche, and Ernst & Young. He has since been in increasingly responsible roles with both public and privately held companies including JP Morgan.

Sudarshan Ray is the latest addition to our Quality Assurance team. He brings diverse programming and testing experience from his previous positions at Objectsoftgroup Inc. and Tekforce Corporation. Sudarshan holds Master degrees in Computer Science as well as Computational Operations Research.

CosmoCom Israel

Eli Zur has joined the VCS Development team with 8+ years experience in software development. He has considerable knowledge in network protocols. He previously worked at RADA in development of video analysis systems and at IXIMobile where he was responsible for the implementation of PPP and NAT protocols in Nucleus environment. He also worked for Radvision where he developed H323 gatekeeper application. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
