CosmoCom Receives the 2000 Market Engineering Entrepreneurial Company Award from Frost & Sullivan

SAN ANTONIO - May 23, 2000 - Frost & Sullivan, an international market consulting and training company, today announces CosmoCom, Inc. as the recipient of its 2000 Market Engineering Entrepreneurial Company Award for demonstrating superior entrepreneurial ability in the Web-Enabled Call Center Markets.

After a Frost & Sullivan analyst team performed extensive interviews with a number of industry participants, CosmoCom was selected for the entrepreneurial award based on the quality of its flagship product, CosmoCall Universe, along with its business and marketing plan. With CosmoCall Universe, CosmoCom has identified a completely unique product solution with significant market potential. CosmoCall, a unified contact center technology platform, utilizes a complete Windows NT environment to fully integrate all forms of communication, including live and message-based calls, via the Internet or the telephone into any web site or network-based application.
