CosmoCom Makes Call Center Technology Available at
No Charge to Organizations Affected by Terrorist Attacks

Technology Supports Home and Remote Call Center Agents for Companies That May Have Lost Existing Facilities

Melville, N.Y., September 14, 2001 – In the wake of the terrorist acts occurring on September 11th, CosmoCom will provide its all-IP contact center software, CosmoCall Universe, at no charge to organizations needing to rapidly replace mission critical call center functions and/or deploy support hotlines associated with this tragedy.

CosmoCom’s past experience in rapidly setting up fully functional call centers in as little as a matter of days will provide these organizations with the means necessary to establish operations as quickly as possible.

Several of CosmoCom’s service provider partners, many of whom currently have existing capacity deployed in their networks that can be put into service immediately, have stepped forward to offer virtual contact center services in cooperation with us. In addition, several systems integrator partners are willing to provide the necessary integration and engineering work to support this effort.
