CosmoCall Universe Earns Product of the Year Award 
from Internet Telephony Magazine

Melville, NY, January 9, 2002 — CosmoCom, the leading provider of new generation universal access contact center platforms, today announced that for the third straight year its leading all-IP, unified multi-channel contact center solution, CosmoCall Universe, has been named Product of the Year in the category of "Customer Interaction Solutions" by Internet Telephony Magazine.
