Hosted contact center services, also known as Contact Center On-Demand (CCOD), allow enterprises to outsource their call center technology infrastructure while maintaining complete control over their staff, operation, and management. Because of the strong cost benefits of this approach, analysts have projected that at least a third of all call center agents will be using the hosted model within ten years.
