CosmoCall Universe has undergone extensive, rigorous functional and load testing under the auspices of CHT-D and Systex, a major Taiwan-based systems integrator and CosmoCom’s local partner supporting CHT-D. Several production customers are already using the system, including CHT-D itself for one of its own customer care applications. Systex will also participate with CHT-D in selling the new service.
