Contact Center Industry Awards for CosmoCall Universe

LISA Award Enghouse Interactive's interaction management portfolio (including CosmoCall Universe cloud contact center platforom), has won a prestigious 2012 Long Island Software Award (LISA). Presented by the Long Island Software and Technology Network (LISTnet), the LISA recognizes innovation and excellence in software development.

Customer Inter@ction Solutions 2011 Product of the Year CosmoCall Universe™ has again been named Product of the Year by by Customer Inter@ction Solutions Magazine. CosmoCall Universe was joined by three felliow interaction management solutions from the Enghouse Interactive portfolio that also received recognition.

The 2011 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award awards companies that have produced an innovative, successful IP contact center product or service.  “Technology is the key to the success of any call center. Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium Best Use of Technology Award 2009 Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan’s leading telecommunications provider and long-time CosmoCom service provider partner, has received top honors from the Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium (APCSC) in several categories including “Best Use of Technology of the Year 2009” for their government consumer voucher contact center powered by CosmoCall Universe (CCU).

Internet Telephony West 2008 Best of Show Award CosmoCom has taken home another “Best of Show” award from TMC's INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference and EXPO West 2008 in Los Angeles, CA.  CosmoCom won in the "Best of Call Center 2.0" category .

The INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO Best of Show Award recognizes innovative products and solutions that were featured in the Exhibit Hall during the event. This designation serves to highlight the technological achievement and creative product features that set these winners apart from the rest of the crowd. INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine editorial staff evaluated the pre-show nominations, and met with vendors to inspect and review the displayed products on the first day of the Expo.

Rankings are based on the percentage of growth in fiscal year revenues over five years, from 1999-2003. CosmoCom grew 134% during this period.

Fierce VoIP - Fierce 15 Award

CosmoCom has been selected as a member of FierceVoIP’s annual list of "The Fierce 15", honoring it as one of the top 15 emerging IP telephony companies for 2004. The Fierce 15 celebrates the spirit of being "fierce" – daring to be innovative and aggressive, even in the face of intense competition – and is awarded by FierceVoIP, an internationally recognized email newsletter covering the VoIP and Internet telephony industry. CosmoCom was selected from more than 300 VoIP companies based on company vision, revenue potential, quality of deals and partnerships, and competitive market position.

TMC Innovation Award 2004  
CosmoCom's CosmoCall Universe has been awarded the 2004 Internet Telephony Innovation Award. Users Choice Award 2004  
CosmoCom has been named a winner in The Sixth Annual Users Choice Awards, sponsored by CRM Advocate. CosmoCall Universe™ was entered in the category of Call Center Routing. This is the second consecutive year that CosmoCom has won the Users Choice Award in this category.

The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which customer relationship management (CRM) products are judged by the end user.

The Users Choice Awards were the first CRM awards to utilize the users as the judges to identify the products providing the most value. The 2003 Technology Fast 50 program recognizes and celebrates a region’s 50 fastest growing technology companies based on percentage revenue growth over a five-year period. Since its inception the Long Island program has gained local prestige and industry recognition, and now attracts ceremony. Receiving a Fast 50 listing is a quantum achievement and is quickly becoming a competitive benchmark within the technology community. CosmoCom enjoyed nearly 3000% growth in revenue between the years 1998 and 2003 to come out at the top of this year's list.
 


 
CosmoCom has been named a winner in the Contact Routing category of The Fifth Annual Users Choice Awards, sponsored by CRMAdvocate. The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which customer relationship management (CRM) products are judged by the end user. There were 106 product entries in multiple categories within: Sales, Support, Marketing and Contact Center Automation.

Users Choice Awards were issued for products or services that scored tops in its category, had widespread voting and had at least three competitor products receive broad support. These criteria ensure that winners stand alone atop a competitive field. "It takes more than just a good product to create happy customers. These winners are obviously doing a number of things well to receive high praise from their customers" stated Gary Lemke, President of RealMarket .


CosmoCom was named one of Long Island's Top 10 Fastest-Growing Technology Companies by KPMG. The award was presented at LISTnet's TechMelt LITE exhibition and conference.

CosmoCall Universe™ has been named Product of the Year by Customer Inter@ction Solutions Magazine. It is the third straight year CosmoCom has taken the award.

According to Customer Inter@ction Solutions® Group Editor-in-chief, Rich Tehrani, CosmoCall Universe was selected because it demonstrates true innovation which is the hallmark of Product of the Year winners.

The award, announced in the September 2002 issue of Customer Inter@ction Solutions Magazine (a publication of TMC Labs), is bestowed upon products that are “set apart from their competitors due to one or more unique features,” and are "the most innovative products within the customer interaction space." CosmoCom, referred to by TMC as, "without a doubt...one of our most innovative winners", is honored to be among the recipients of this important industry award.
 

CosmoCom's Next Generation Intelligent Network (NGIN) offering is highlighted in Customer Inter@ction Solutions' June 2002 issue and receives an Editors' Choice Award. The NGIN offering is designed to deliver a variety of intelligent routing features to IP-based next-generation networks (NGNs).
 

LISA Award On May 7, 2002, CosmoCall Universe won the Long Island Software Awards (LISA) 2002 Award for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). 

Presented by the Long Island Software and Technology Network (LISTnet), the LISA awards recognize excellence in software development by Long Island-based companies. The staff of PC Magazine judged this year's awards.

CosmoCom was awarded 'Best New Product' at the 6th Annual Irish Call Center Awards in Dublin, Ireland, on for the CosmoCall Universe solution.

The prize was presented by the sponsor of the Best New Product or Service award, Kevan Williams, of Esat Business: "The winner of this category has developed superior next generation contact center technology," said Williams. "CosmoCall Universe addresses all facets of eBusiness customer care by integrating the three elements of the customer contact zone: customer care applications, contact centers and the web. The judges were further impressed with the international testimonials that accompanied the CosmoCall Universe entry."

Microsoft Certified Partner Awards Finalist

 

CosmoCom has been recognized by Microsoft Corporation as one of five worldwide finalists, and the only North American finalist, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution of the Year category in the fourth annual Microsoft Certified Partner Awards. Nearly 800 entries were considered for this award in twelve different categories. 

CosmoCom was selected because of its innovative use of Microsoft’s latest technologies, which offer clear benefits to customers. "It was an honor for us to receive so many amazing business applications of our products," said Ian Rogoff, vice president, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft, "but CosmoCom clearly stood out among the many high-quality entries we received."

CosmoCom has been presented with the Willy -- 2001 Award for Outstanding Achievement for a Communications Solution by SellMoreNow.com for its CosmoCall Universe all-IP, call center platform solution. Recipients of the Willy awards are those companies who provide the most outstanding products for salesforce and customer-care operations. 

Once again CosmoCall Universe, has been named " Product of the Year" by Communications Solutions magazine. Communications Solutions award winners were those who, “lay the groundwork for the next generation of communications solutions."  The publication awarded its honor to CosmoCall Universe in the category of Interactive Commerce - Customer Relationship Management (CRM). 

CosmoCall Universe was named "2000 Product of the Year" by Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine. Recipients of the Customer Inter@ction Solutions "Product of the Year" award were those who have “furthered the contact center/CRM industry,” according to the editors. CosmoCall Universe received the publication’s award in the Contact Center Platform category.

CosmoCom was presented with "2000 Product of the Year" by Internet Telephony Magazine. The award was bestowed upon companies that have exhibited “vision, leadership, and attention to detail,” according to its editors.  CosmoCall Universe was named as a winner in Internet Telephony’s Customer Contact/Interaction Solutions category.


CosmoCom was honored on October 3, 2000 with a Rising Star award from Deloitte & Touche’s Long Island Technology Fast 50 program. The Rising Stars represent up-and-coming companies that have been in business for a minimum of three years but less than five years. The Technology Fast 50 program recognizes and celebrates a region’s 50 fastest growing technology companies based on percentage revenue growth over a five-year period (1995-1999). Because CosmoCom has been in business for less than five years, the company was not eligible to be ranked as one of the Fast 50 ranked for their-five year revenue growth. However, the company’s 5,257 percent revenue growth between 1997 and 1999 was a number of times higher than that of even the top-ranking companies cited for their five-year growth rates.

CosmoCom was awarded TMC Labs Innovation Award 2000 for its unified IP Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solution, CosmoCall Universe. The award, announced in the September 2000 issue of C@ll Center CRM Solutions Magazine (a publication of TMC Labs), is bestowed upon products “that demonstrate raw innovation, unique features, and significant contributions to the contact center industry,” and have made the “most impact on the contact center industry in the past 12 months.”

LISA Award CosmoCom received a double dose of special recognition in May, 2000, when it was named Long Island’s Fastest Growing Software Company by the LISTNet (Long Island Software and Technology Network) and also acknowledged as one of the region’s top ten largest software developers by Long Island Business News. 

The Fastest Growing Software Company award, presented at the Long Island Software Awards, was given to CosmoCom in recognition of its 2,282% revenue increase.

CosmoCom also ranked ninth in a Long Island Business News list of the 36 largest software developers on Long Island based on the number of employees in CosmoCom’s Melville, NY headquarters.

Frost & Sullivan, an international market consulting and training company, has given CosmoCom, Inc. its 2000 Market Engineering Entrepreneurial Company Award for demonstrating superior entrepreneurial ability in the Web-Enabled Call Center Markets. According to Frost & Sullivan, CosmoCom was selected based on CosmoCall Universe and its business and marketing plan.

“CosmoCom has earned industry-wide recognition during 1999 for CosmoCall Universe,” says Frost & Sullivan industry business manager Alpa Shah. “Consequently, the company has earned investor confidence as the product recognizes growing adoption for information technology helpdesks and diverse e-commerce industries, including banking and finance.” 

 

CosmoCom was awarded a Computer Telephony Expo Spring 2000 Best of Show designation by Computer Telephony magazine for its “unique IP-centric call center solution, CosmoCall Universe.”

Announced in the magazine’s April, 2000 issue, Best of Show awards are given to exhibitors whose products represent creative strides in specific areas. Candidates are evaluated in terms of both product functionality and presentation on the show floor. 

Citing the CosmoCom exhibit at CT Expo, the magazine made special mention of “CosmoCall Universe’s ability to operate in an ASP environment.”
